Our updated terms will be displayed on the site and if you continue to use and access the site following such changes, you agree to be bound by the latest version. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

USING THE SITE

The site is for personal use only. You may not post or upload anything offensive, obscene or illegal, and we do not allow harassment or breaches to anyone’s privacy. We also do not allow impersonation or misrepresentation of any person or company, including any attempts to breach data laws under such impersonations.

You may not make any alterations to frames or portions of our web pages, modify HTML or use any device or software that interferes with the proper working of the site.

Any breach these terms of use means we may use your personal details to phone or email you to find out more, or to share our concerns. We may issue you with a formal warning or we may prevent or suspend your access to the site if you do not comply with any part of these terms of use

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect and however caused (including through negligence), that you may suffer in connection with your use of the site or any linked website. Nor do we accept responsibility for any such loss suffered as a result of your use of or reliance on any information contained on or accessed via the site.

SHARING SITE CONTENT

We own the site and all associated logos, graphics, artwork and multimedia. Anything we do not own is legally licenced with permission.

Any content you wish to use must be given our permission or – where relevant – permission of our licensor (whether that be for personal or commercial use). Please contact info@stonewillyspizza.co.uk if you wish to use any content from the site.

Where the site shows a “share button” this signifies content that you can share without our permission. However, please be aware that you will still need our permission for any business use. You are also not able to make any amends to branding, logos, or the content itself and must make it clear as to the source of the content (i.e. website link). You are also responsible to comply with the terms of any external sites that you share any of our content on, as well as legal responsibilities. You may not make it look like the site endorses any other brand or product as part of the content you share and you are liable for any of this content shared.

While we try to make sure that the site is accurate and up-to-date we can’t promise that it always will be. We also can’t promise that the site will be fit or suitable for any purpose. If you rely on any of the information on the site, it’s at your own risk

ALLERGENS

You should always advise your server of any special dietary requirements, including intolerances and allergies. Where possible, our trained staff will advise you on alternative products. However, while we do our best to reduce the risk of cross-contamination in our sites, we CANNOT guarantee that any of our products are free from allergens and therefore cannot accept any liability in this respect. Guests with severe allergies are advised to assess their own level of risk and consume dishes at their own risk.

The information provided on our website and in our stores should NOT be considered as any form of guarantee but as a best faith effort to provide you with information on our products. You should use this information to help you assess your own level of risk, based on your personal circumstances, before eating any of our dishes.

The allergen information we provide is specifically related to the products supplied by Stone Willy’s Kitchen or Stone WIlly’s Pizza, and we cannot be responsible for any other products on display either in our units or around the store.

PRIZE DRAWS & COMPETITIONS

Unless otherwise stated, our competitions and prize draws are organised by Rookway Food Systems (company number 04148709) whose registered address is 4 Clay Pit Lane, Roecliffe, North Yorkshire, YO51 9LS.

By entering into one of our competitions or prize draws, you agree and accept the terms and conditions of the relevant competition or prize draw as well as these general terms and conditions.

Only one entry per person is permitted for each competition or prize draw unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the relevant competition or prize draw.

Our competitions and prize draws are open to all residents of the UK over the age of 18, unless stated otherwise in the terms and conditions of the relevant competition or prize draw, but is closed to any employees, licensees and their employees (as well as members of their families and households) of Stone Willy’s Kitchen or Stone Willy’s Pizza , its associated companies and of any co-promoters, competition or prize draw sponsors, prize providers and any of their associated companies.

Competition and prize draw entries must be made in the manner specified in the terms and conditions of the relevant competition or prize draw and must be received by the closing date stated.

No purchase or fee is payable in order to enter a competition or prize draw. Where applicable details of entry will be available in the relevant competition or prize draw’s terms and conditions.

By entering into a competition or prize draw, you agree that your name and general place of residence may be made public if you win and if the relevant competition or prize draw includes submitting any images, photographs or footage that these may be used for any purpose by Rookway Food Systems and/or its associated companies and/or any co-promoters, competition or prize draw sponsors, prize providers and any of their associated companies.

No responsibility will be accepted for entries that we do not receive for any reason. Incomplete or late entries will be disqualified. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

We reserve the right at to disqualify any person we find to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the promotion, the site or any other website or platform (including digital and social networking platforms), or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions

Details of how entrants may compete or be chosen to win can be found in the terms and conditions of the relevant competition or prize draw. The prize must be taken as offered. No cash equivalent or other alternative prizes are available.

If the winner cannot be contacted or is not able to accept the prize within 30 days of the relevant competition or prize draw’s closing date, then we reserve the right to award the prize to another participant.

The prize is non-transferable. We reserve the right to substitute the prize of an equivalent value should the prize or any part of the prize become unavailable for any reason.

We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time, or to cancel, alter or amend the competition or prize draw at any stage should it be necessary.

By entering into a competition or prize draw, you agree that any personal information you supply may be used by Us in accordance with our Privacy Policy as at the date of your entry.

We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering a competition or prize draw or by accepting (or refusing) a prize.

The competition or prize draw is subject to the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall be the courts of exclusive jurisdiction.

FREE PIZZA FRIDAY

One social media post will go out every Friday morning across Instagram & Facebook. Entrants must comment on the post with their favourite pizza topping and location before 5pm that same day. One winner will be selected per week and informed that they have won one 12” pizza of their choice via the social media platform through which they entered no later than 6pm that same day. The winner has one week to redeem their free pizza. Winner must present their social post and comment at the counter in order to redeem their free pizza. Any attempted redemptions made later than one week after confirmation will be invalid. If this competition is found to be being used fraudulently the Manager retains the right to refuse service.
